Creates a DomXsltStylesheet object from the given XSL buffer.
The XSL document, as a string.
Returns a new instance of DomXsltStylesheet.
Call XSLTProcessor::importStylesheet() with DOMDocument::loadXML($xsl_buf) as parameter.
